The VIP Treatment Package is activated by a $100USD VIP service fee, charged in US dollars to your card. It includes: a personalised estimate; doctor review within one working day; treatment and material comparison; a price lock on your confirmed quote; one hotel room for five nights (one companion may share the room; a second room is not included); airport pickup at Noi Bai International, taking you directly to the clinic during published clinic hours, or to your hotel if you arrive outside them; optional additional photo review; unlimited travel-date changes; and a Doctor-confirmed PDF quote.
Once Doctor Nguyen Duc Tuyen confirms your quote, the price is locked for the exact quoted procedure, scope, and selected material until your treatment is completed. New or changed treatment outside that scope requires a new quote or change order which you approve before it proceeds.
Your package entitlement remains active indefinitely. Pick any available date — our live calendar checks availability automatically, so a free date is instantly yours. Your booking locks in the moment you send us your flight ticket (a photo is enough), and clinic capacity is reserved for you.
The included airport pickup and five-night hotel stay are provided for patients who proceed with their agreed, Doctor-confirmed treatment plan. If the treatment actually undertaken is materially reduced from the agreed plan without a clinical reason, or is cancelled on arrival without a valid reason, the hotel benefit may be withdrawn or its cost payable.
Unless separately arranged: second rooms, extra nights, room upgrades, meals, minibar, incidentals, unrelated transport, and any hotel security deposits are not included.
The $100USD fee purchases VIP arrival services (hotel arrangement, airport pickup, personal coordination) and priority case handling. It is not a deposit toward treatment and is not credited against your treatment bill — treatment is billed in full as quoted. The fee is non-refundable, with one exception: if Doctor Nguyen Duc Tuyen declines your case at review, the fee is refunded to your original card, less non-refundable payment-processing fees.
The package may be transferable to another person at our discretion; any new patient remains subject to Doctor Nguyen Duc Tuyen's clinical acceptance.
