The $100USD VIP Treatment Package fee purchases VIP arrival services (hotel arrangement, airport pickup, personal coordination) and priority case handling. It is not a deposit toward treatment and is not credited against your treatment bill — treatment is billed in full as quoted. The fee is non-refundable, with one exception: if Doctor Nguyen Duc Tuyen declines your case at review, the fee is refunded to your original card, less non-refundable payment-processing fees. If you prefer to arrange your own hotel and airport transfer, the VIP Treatment Package is optional — share your flight details and your treatment schedule is coordinated the same way.
Every refund is individually approved by Brendan (patient coordination) or Doctor Nguyen Duc Tuyen before it is issued — there are no automatic refunds. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is approved and again when it is processed. Refunds return to the original card only.
If you choose to cancel, the fee is not refunded as cash; however, your package may remain active indefinitely — you can simply return to it later, and date changes never expire it. Your package may also be transferred to another person, subject to Doctor review.
A visa refusal does not automatically trigger a refund — your package stays active so you can reapply or travel later. Compassionate exceptions may be considered case by case.
Once processed, refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
